What is Club Mode?

Club Mode is our customer rewards programme — our way to say thank you. Earn points whenever you shop, online or in-store, and turn them into store credit.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point for every €1 spent (excluding taxes and shipping). You can also earn bonus points for creating an account, referring friends, or joining our newsletter.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’ve collected 200 points, you can redeem them for €10 store credit. You can apply store credit at checkout online or in-store.

Do my points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned.

Can I earn points in-store?

Yes! Simply give your name or email address at the till when you make a purchase, and your points will be added automatically.

Are there any exclusions?

Points are not earned on shipping, gift cards, or sale items unless stated otherwise.
