We currently ship to:

France (including mainland and overseas territories)

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times
France (Mainland):

Standard (Colissimo/La Poste): 2–5 business days – €6.95


Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as bank holidays.

📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number (where applicable).

We ship from our boutique in Rochechouart, France.

📍 Click & Collect (Local Pickup)
Available from our locations:

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Most pickups are available within 24 hours.

📦 Packaging
We use eco-friendly or reused packaging whenever possible to reduce waste. Your items are always packed with care.

❗ Delays, Lost Parcels & Issues
Once parcels are in the hands of the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delays. However, if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us and we will investigate.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@boutiquemodeitalienne.com within 7 days of delivery.
